All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

3. Pricing and Taxes

Course fees are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Requests

• To request a refund, please contact us directly.

Cancellation within 24 Hours of Booking

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date and time are eligible for a full (100%) refund.

Cancellation After 24 Hours of Booking

• Cancellations made after 24 hours of the booking date but at least 24 hours before the course start date and time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellation needs to be done 3 days prior to the date of comensment of course

Courses Already Started

• No refunds will be provided for courses that have already started or are partially completed, unless explicitly specified otherwise.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days.

5. Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your course details and receipt. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@mindmechanism.co.in.

6. Failed Transactions

If your transaction fails, please verify your payment details or contact your bank. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred by your bank or payment provider.

7. User Responsibility

Ensure that the payment information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment details.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Fees for canceled courses may be refunded or credited as per our terms.
